Memory Pharm LLC: courses, merchandise, www.memory-pharm.com, worksheet, and handout database, online lectures, and any and all other online information available through the Memory Pharm website are owned and published by Memory Pharm LLC, a Georgia limited liability company.
What Information Do We Collect?
PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE TO US
We will request information from you if you establish a personal profile on our site to gain access to certain content or services, if you ask to be notified by e-mail about online content, or if you participate in surveys we conduct. This requires the input of personal information and preferences that may include but is not limited to, details such as your name, address (postal and e-mail), telephone number, or demographic information. If you request paid content, including registrations to review courses or meetings, worksheets, handouts, flashcards, we will also ask for payment information such as credit card number and expiration date, credit card type, checking account number, billing address, and/or shipping address. Memory Pharm LLC may also receive personally identifiable information from its resellers and other business partners.
INFORMATION THAT IS AUTOMATICALLY COLLECTED
We use log files to collect general data about the movement of visitors through our site. This may include some or all of the following information: the Internet Protocol Address (IP Address) of the machine which accessed our website, host name, domain name, browser version and platform, date and time of requests, and the files downloaded or viewed. These server logs do not contain any personal information and can only be accessed by Memory Pharm LLC and Memory Pharm LCC’s web hosting and technical support services providers. Server log files are used solely to track visits to our Web site and improve the experience, content, and layout of our site.
CLEAR GIFS (WEB BEACONS/WEB BUGS)
We do not currently use clear gifs, web beacons, or web bugs, which are tiny graphics with unique identifiers that function similarly to cookies to help us to track site activity, but we may in the future. If we do choose to log such information in the future, it will be anonymous, statistical information to monitor website usage information, and we will not use these to collect personally identifying information.
How Is This Information Used?
Information that is automatically collected (i.e., not personally identifiable) is used to monitor usage patterns at Memory Pharm LLC in order to help us improve the site and its service offerings. Although this information is not personally identifiable, we still choose not to sell, rent, trade or share these log files with any third party that is not directly engaged to assist Memory Pharm LLC in improving the experience, content, and layout of our site. We may report aggregate information about Memory Pharm LLC usage to third parties, including our service vendors and advertisers. We may also disclose personal and demographic information about your use of Memory Pharm LLC to companies and individuals we engage to perform functions on our behalf. What Security Measures Are Used?
When you submit personal information via the Memory Pharm LLC website, your information is protected both online and off-line with what we believe to be appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. We use the latest Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, which encrypts your credit card and personal information. The company contracted by Memory Pharm LLC to retrieve and manage such information (the “Payment Gateway Provider”) stores the information gathered on secure computers located in a locked data center. The number of employees involved in the management of the data center that have physical access to these computers is limited. The Payment Gateway Provided uses firewalls and other security technology to prevent their computers from being accessed by unauthorized persons.
The Payment Gateway Provider also requires that any personally identifiable consumer information sent to them by Memory Pharm LLC be encrypted using SSL encryption.
It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your Login ID/password and to your computer. Be sure to sign off when finished using a shared computer and otherwise protect the password used to access the Memory Pharm LLC services.
The server is protected by an enterprise firewall that is immediately updated when new patches and fixes are released. Non-personal information entered anywhere else on our Web site is transmitted to the 360 PSG server unencrypted, using standard Internet protocol (HTTP).

Once you have created an identity or paid account on our site, you can update your personal information at any time. You may also choose to stop receiving offer information from us about content or services. You can do this in several ways:

Memory Pharm LLC does not represent that the collection or storage of such information is legal in your applicable country. You agree that you are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws, rules and regulations, and that you will not use Memory Pharm LLC website or use Memory Pharm LLC’s collection of such information as disclosed herein would violate your country’s applicable laws, rules and regulations. Memory Pharm LLC makes no claims that Memory Pharm LLC or any information within the Memory Pharm LLC website or disseminated by Memory Pharm LLC is appropriate or may be downloaded outside of the United States. Access to the content may not be legal by certain persons or in certain countries. If you access Memory Pharm LLC from outside the United States, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction.
Memory Pharm LLC is not intended for children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect or store any personal information from children under 18.
