What Information Do We Collect?
PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE TO US
We will request information from you if you establish a personal profile on our site to gain access to certain content or services, if you ask to be notified by e-mail about online content, or if you participate in surveys we conduct. This requires the input of personal information and preferences that may include but is not limited to, details such as your name, address (postal and e-mail), telephone number, or demographic information. If you request paid content, including registrations to review courses or meetings, worksheets, handouts, flashcards, we will also ask for payment information such as credit card number and expiration date, credit card type, checking account number, billing address, and/or shipping address. Memory Pharm LLC may also receive personally identifiable information from its resellers and other business partners.
INFORMATION THAT IS AUTOMATICALLY COLLECTED
LOG FILES
We use log files to collect general data about the movement of visitors through our site. This may include some or all of the following information: the Internet Protocol Address (IP Address) of the machine which accessed our website, host name, domain name, browser version and platform, date and time of requests, and the files downloaded or viewed. These server logs do not contain any personal information and can only be accessed by Memory Pharm LLC and Memory Pharm LCC’s web hosting and technical support services providers. Server log files are used solely to track visits to our Web site and improve the experience, content, and layout of our site.
COOKIES
We also use cookies to collect information and help personalize your online experience. Cookies are small files stored on your computer that we use to recognize you and your access privileges and preferences. Cookies allow you to store your username and password so you don’t have to log in each time you visit. We store minimal personally identifying information in cookies and protect this information. CLEAR GIFS (WEB BEACONS/WEB BUGS)
We do not currently use clear gifs, web beacons, or web bugs, which are tiny graphics with unique identifiers that function similarly to cookies to help us to track site activity, but we may in the future. If we do choose to log such information in the future, it will be anonymous, statistical information to monitor website usage information, and we will not use these to collect personally identifying information.
How Is This Information Used?

SALE OF MEMORY PHARM LLC
In the event that Memory Pharm LLC is acquired, account information may be one of the transferred assets, but in such case, the acquiring company shall be obligated to agree to similar or more restrictive terms regarding the privacy protection of such information.
What Security Measures Are Used?
When you submit personal information via the Memory Pharm LLC website, your information is protected both online and off-line with what we believe to be appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. We use the latest Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, which encrypts your credit card and personal information. The company contracted by Memory Pharm LLC to retrieve and manage such information (the “Payment Gateway Provider”) stores the information gathered on secure computers located in a locked data center. The number of employees involved in the management of the data center that have physical access to these computers is limited. The Payment Gateway Provided uses firewalls and other security technology to prevent their computers from being accessed by unauthorized persons.
The Payment Gateway Provider also requires that any personally identifiable consumer information sent to them by Memory Pharm LLC be encrypted using SSL encryption.
It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your Login ID/password and to your computer. Be sure to sign off when finished using a shared computer and otherwise protect the password used to access the Memory Pharm LLC services.
The server is protected by an enterprise firewall that is immediately updated when new patches and fixes are released. Non-personal information entered anywhere else on our Web site is transmitted to the 360 PSG server unencrypted, using standard Internet protocol (HTTP).
What Liability Does Memory Pharm LLC Have?
